This was an incredibly powerful experience! A lot of hardship during the breathing, but now happy tears are flowing and I can’t stop smiling. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Feel like I’ve finally found home❤️

I got acute arthritis in 2019. Started with chemotherapy weekly. Took these injections for the next two years. Was told by doctors that this was and will be my medicine for life. That’s when I started breathing with Lene. As of today, I am in remission, which means that I do not have active arthritis. I feel that my body and I play together. But I constantly have to be reminded to listen inward. Because there are old patterns that must be broken.
